The property is arranged so that there are no gates or opening from fields or stables other than into the courtyard, hence when the electric gates are shut, any incidents with horses are kept within enclosed boundaries.
There are three large boxes, with a rubber floored work/wash down area.
There is one stable with a metal pen enclosure, put in for a claustrophobic OTTB, who was stressed by the conventional box.
Both the bay horses are over 17hh, to give an idea of stable size.
With having such tall horses, there’s an essential brick built mounting block outside the entrance.
The 60m x 20m arena sits behind the stables, and is enclosed by 1.20m post and rail, with a half moon rail on the top for safety.
It drains brilliantly, and has never been unrideable in any weather.
